What if my child can't attend live?

Every session is recorded.
You’ll receive the recording and all session materials within 24 hours of the live lesson. Access remains available right up until the GCSE exam, so students can rewatch specific topics, calculations or extended responses whenever needed.

We’re not sure whether to choose Grade 4–6 or Grade 7–9.

Accepted Answer

There’s no risk in choosing.
When you book a bundle, you receive access to both levels.

Students can decide on the day which live session to attend, switch if needed, or watch the other level’s recording afterwards.

Is this suitable for AQA and Edexcel and iGCSE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions are fully aligned with:
 • AQA
 • Edexcel
The timetables  shows sessions for combined or separate/triple. 
For Edexcel IGCSE students, most sessions are highly relevant, with only minor specification differences, these are outlined here :

Is this just a revision lecture?

Accepted Answer

No.
Students work through exam-style questions throughout the session. I model exactly how marks are awarded, where students typically lose marks, and how to structure high-scoring answers.
It’s active, focused revision , not passive listening.

Question 5

My child is already doing well. Will this still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
Moving from a 6 to a 7 — or a 7 to a 9 — usually comes down to precision, exam technique, and avoiding small but costly errors.
The higher-tier sessions focus heavily on sharpening answers and securing method marks.

Question 6

My child lacks confidence. Will this be overwhelming?

Accepted Answer

The sessions are structured, calm and clear.
Grade 4–6 focuses on core understanding and steady confidence-building.

Grade 7–9 stretches and refines.
Because students have access to both levels, they can choose what feels right.

Question 7

Will they be forced to participate?

Accepted Answer

No cameras. No microphones.
Students can contribute in the chat if they’d like, ask questions, or simply focus on the work. Many find it reassuring to see other students’ questions addressed live.

Why book an Easter intensive rather than revise independently?

Easter is the point where most of the content has been taught — but exam technique isn’t yet secure.
These sessions are structured around:
 • High-frequency exam topics
 • Common mistakes
 • Clear modelling of mark scheme answers
 • Efficient consolidation across the whole course
It’s targeted revision, not just “going over notes.”

Is it too late to make a difference?

No.
With several weeks still to go, focused correction of weak areas and improvement in exam technique can significantly impact outcomes.
Easter is often where confidence (and grades) improve.
